When something goes wrong
If saving fails, keep the editor open, check your connection and login, then try again. If a large model is slow, use surface mode and reduce other open tabs. If the model seems incomplete, check the visible layer range and camera first. When asking for help, include the creation link, device, browser and the steps that caused the problem.
Save and restore your work
- Couldn't save to the server. Your work is kept in this browser — reopen this design to restore it.
Surface mode
- The cube button switches between block and surface display in the editor and viewer. At 3,000 blocks or more, surface mode is required for performance. It changes how the model is drawn, not the saved blocks.
- The current save limit is 100,000 blocks for 2D/beads and 2,000,000 for 3D. A device may slow down before reaching that limit.
Patterns and 3D printing
- Please log in to download a 3D print file.
- Designs larger than the entered size are scaled down proportionally. Leave blank for original size. Rooms and passages remain, but thin walls and interior details may be too small to print.
