Report Copyright Infringement
Reporting Copyright Infringement
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This page explains how a rights holder (a copyright or trademark owner, or their authorized agent) can report content posted on MyBlockStudio (the "Service") that they believe infringes their rights. You do not need an account to file a report.
1. How to Report
Please submit your report through one of the following channels:
- Email: info@myblockstudio.com
- Contact form: submit via the contact form (please include "Copyright Infringement Report" in the subject)
2. What to Include
To allow prompt and accurate handling, please include all of the following. Missing items may delay processing.
- Specific identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed (title, registration number, original URL, etc.)
- The location of the infringing content on the Service (the URL of the infringing design, or a screenshot)
- Your name and contact information (email, and a phone number if possible)
- A statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and made in good faith
- Your signature (an electronic signature is acceptable)
3. Our Process
Upon receiving a report, the Operator may temporarily make the content private (blind) even before determining whether infringement has occurred. After review, the content will be removed, or restored if no infringement is found. See Article 9 of our Terms of Service for details.
4. Counter-Notice and Restoration
If you believe your content was made private or removed in error, you may request restoration by emailing the address above, together with evidence supporting your rights or fair use. The Operator will decide on restoration after review.
5. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others may be subject to escalating measures, including warnings, upload restrictions, and account suspension.
6. Reporting by Members
Logged-in members can also report copyright infringement and other issues using the "Report" menu available on each design.
7. Liability for False Reports
You may be held responsible for any damages resulting from a false or inaccurate report. Please report carefully.
