Kim Taewon (hereinafter "the Operator") values the personal information of MyBlockStudio (hereinafter "the Service") users and complies with applicable personal information protection laws. This Policy explains how the personal information collected by the Operator is used and managed.

- Email address: Member identification, login, notifications
- Nickname: Display name within the Service
- Password: Account security (stored encrypted)
- Social login information: Account identifiers from LINE, Google, Kakao, etc. (when using social login)
2. Optional Information
- Profile image: Display within the Service
- Bio: Profile display within the Service
3. Automatically Collected Information
- Access logs: IP address, access time, browser information
- Cookies: Login maintenance, language settings
- Point history: Records of points earned and used
Article 3 (Purposes of Use)
Collected personal information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Member registration and management
- Service provision and improvement
- Processing point awards
- Responding to inquiries
- Sending service-related notices and notifications
- Analysis of service usage statistics
- Prevention of misuse and maintenance of security
Article 4 (Retention and Disposal of Personal Information)
1. Personal information is disposed of without delay upon account withdrawal.
2. However, where retention is required by applicable law, it is retained for the relevant period:

3. Disposal method: Electronic files are deleted by irrecoverable means, and paper documents are shredded.

Article 9 (Personal Information of Children Under 14)
Accounts are created by users aged 14 or older, and the Operator does not directly collect personal information of children under 14 in the child's own name. Children under 14 may use the Service through a guardian's account under the guardian's consent and management, and the guardian controls whether the child's information (designs, photos, etc.) is made public. If a child under 14 is found to have registered alone without a guardian's consent, the Operator will, after notice and access restriction, delete the account and personal information following a 30-day grace period.
