Kim Taewon (hereinafter "Operator") values the personal information of MyBlockStudio (hereinafter "Service") users and complies with applicable privacy laws. This Policy explains how personal information collected by the Operator is used and managed.

  • Nickname: Display name within the Service

  • Social login information: Account identifiers from LINE, Google, Kakao, etc. (when using social login)

  • Full name: Shipping and transaction verification
  • Shipping address: Product delivery
  • Phone number: Delivery-related contact

3. Additional Information for NFT Transactions

  • Wallet address: NFT minting and transactions

4. Optional Information

  • Profile image: Display within the Service
  • Bio: Profile display within the Service

5. Automatically Collected Information

  • Access logs: IP address, access time, browser information
  • Cookies: Login persistence, language settings
  • Payment history: Purchase records, points history

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

Collected personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Member registration and management
  • Service provision and improvement
  • Product purchase and shipping processing
  • NFT minting and blockchain transactions
  • Points issuance and revenue sharing processing
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Service-related announcements and notifications
  • Service usage statistical analysis
  • Prevention of unauthorized use and security maintenance

Article 4 (Retention and Destruction of Personal Information)

1. Personal information is destroyed without delay upon account deletion.

2. However, where retention is required by applicable laws, information is retained for the following periods:

  • Records related to contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
  • Records related to payment and supply of goods: 5 years
  • Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
  • Login records: 1 year (Telecommunications Business Act)

3. Destruction methods: Electronic files are deleted using irrecoverable methods; paper documents are shredded.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Operator does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

  • When the user has given prior consent
  • When required by law
  • When there is a lawful request from an investigative authority
  • When necessary information is provided to a delivery company for product shipping (name, address, phone number)

Article 6 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)

The Operator may outsource the following tasks to external parties for service provision:

  • Payment processing: Stripe, Inc. (credit card and PayPay payments)
  • Shipping: Respective delivery companies
  • NFT metadata storage: Pinata (IPFS distributed storage)

Only the minimum necessary information is provided to outsourced parties, and supervisory measures are taken to protect personal information.

Article 7 (Use of Cookies)

1. The Service uses cookies for login persistence and language settings.

2. Users may reject cookies through browser settings, but some service functions may be limited.

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection Measures)

The Operator implements the following technical and administrative measures to protect personal information:

  • Encrypted password storage (bcrypt)
  • Data transmission encryption via SSL/TLS

These rights may be exercised through the My Page within the Service or by emailing the Operator.

Article 10 (Personal Information of Children Under 14)

This Service is available only to users aged 14 or older, and personal information of children under 14 is not collected. Age confirmation is performed during registration, and if a child under 14 is found to have registered, the account and personal information will be immediately deleted.
